Certificate for International Certificate Class of Taiwan Specialty Tea
Program Overview
臺灣特色茶國際證照班專為非臺灣及中國籍的外籍人士設計,旨在讓國際茶葉愛好者深入了解臺灣特色茶的歷史、種類及沖泡技巧。參加者將有機會學習如何辨別各類臺灣特色茶,並獲得相關的專業技能認證。課程能力分為初級、中級與高級等三級。各級指標能力分別為:
(1)初級:能夠簡易分辨臺灣特色茶、風味輪、茶區及沖泡方式。
(2)中級:能夠分辨各茶葉類別中之茶葉種類、品種及風味輪使用說明。
(3)高級:臺灣各類茶葉品質分級及協助茶葉品質評鑑作業。
The Certificate for International Certificate Class of Taiwan Specialty Tea is specifically designed for non-Taiwanese and non-Chinese citizens. This program aims to introduce international tea enthusiasts to the rich history, diverse varieties, and brewing techniques of Taiwanese specialty teas. Participants will gain valuable knowledge on identifying different types of Taiwanese teas and receive professional certification upon completion. The program is divided into three levels: Primary, Intermediate, and Advanced. The competency indicators for each level are as follows:
(1) Primary: Ability to easily identify Taiwanese specialty teas, flavor profiles, tea regions, and brewing methods.
(2) Intermediate: Ability to differentiate between types, varieties of teas within each category, and explain the use of the flavor wheel.
(3) Advanced: Ability to grade the quality of various types of Taiwanese teas and assist in tea quality evaluation.
Program Content
Participant Qualifications
Limited to foreign nationals or overseas Taiwanese nationals.
Complete 12 hours of Course.
需修滿 12 小時課程,學術科測驗成績達 70 分(含)以上,可獲「臺灣茶葉感官品評初級國際課程上課證明」。
Obtain class certification: Must complete 12 hours of coursework and achieve a score of 70 or above (inclusive) on the academic test to receive the " International Certificate Class of Taiwan Specialty Tea (Primary) Certificate of Training"
參加臺灣茶區體驗課程 8 小時,並於專屬平台網站上傳心得及相片或影片,符合標準者可獲「臺灣茶葉感官品評初級國際證照合格證書」。
Obtain certification: Participate in an 8-hour Taiwan tea region experience course, and upload reflections and photos or videos to the dedicated platform. Those who meet the standards will receive the electronic version of the " Certificate for International Certificate Class of Taiwan Specialty Tea (Primary)"
▶ Training Course Execution Process
Certification
完成完整課程及相關測驗者,將可獲得由農業部茶及飲料作物改良場頒發的臺灣特色茶國際證照。
Participants who complete the whole course and related assessments will receive the Certificate for International Certificate Class of Taiwan Specialty Tea issued by Tea and Beverage Research Station, Ministry of Agriculture, R.O.C.
The participant must visit the Taiwan tea regions within two years after passing the theoretical and practical exams to obtain the certification.
The participant can choose to participate in a tour planned by the course provider (which must include at least one designated location) or independently visit at least two designated locations.
The participant must complete the online check-in, upload photos, write a reflection, and pass the review to obtain the certification.
