"This has been a truly wonderful journey to deeply understand Taiwanese tea. Guided by the experienced and generous Jose and Iris from Yang Tea, I have, over the past several weeks, gained invaluable knowledge in both the theoretical and practical aspects, which has greatly deepened my appreciation for Taiwanese specialty teas.

The richness of the academic component of this certification would not have been complete without the hands-on experience we gained from visiting tea plantations and factories. Additionally, crafting our own high mountain wulong at Yang Tea (梨山建一茶業)’s facilities was the perfect way to fully experience the process from start to finish.

I’m excited about the work TBRS has been doing to promote Taiwanese tea, and I look forward to seeing the developments they will continue to drive in the near future through thorough research and creative innovation.
