The experience of this trip to Taiwan was very meaningful to me, both because of the richness of the knowledge shared by the tea professionals, Iris and José Ellena Salinas from Yang Tea, and above all because of their warmth and kindness.
I truly enjoyed all the activities we took part in: visiting the plantations, learning about tea processing, attending technical classes, and participating in tastings. I also found great beauty in Taiwan’s landscape and its culture.
It was very interesting to learn about their teas and to take on the challenge of completing the TBRS certification.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who dedicated their time and effort to make this experience possible.
