Prior to getting my International Certificate of Taiwan Specialty Tea, I had zero experience or knowledge about Taiwanese tea. Receiving the certification was an accomplishment, but what made the program even more remarkable was the hands-on learning. Being able to harvest, process, and evaluate the different teas gave me a newfound appreciation for the skill and patience that comes with every cup I drink. I especially appreciated Mr. Alex and the team’s passion for this subject and it was evident in every lesson. We learned about tea, but we also learned the culture and history behind them which made the learning experience more valuable. Thank you to everyone who was involved with this program for making the 3-day course possible. This whole experience is one that will stay with me forever.
