I had such an amazing time going through this course! Not only did I learn so much about the history and details of Taiwanese tea—I got to build amazing connections with the instructors and class. These are memories and knowledge I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I have always enjoyed tea but now I smile a little extra at every new cup! Teacher Alex explained everything so well through his own insight and helped me understand the different types of tea and their own uniqueness. Thank you to everyone who made this moment happen! <3
