An incredibly enriching, hands on experience. I truly enjoyed learning about Taiwan’s specialty teas and their processing methods. I leave with a wonderful memory of Yang Tea, especially Jose and Iris, who kindly opened their factory to us, and a deep appreciation for their generosity in sharing their knowledge. The warmth and hospitality of the people of Taiwan made the experience even more special.
