The International Certificate of Taiwan Specialty Tea for ASI members was a wonderful new experience. I am happy that I managed to discover, at least a little, a world of tea that was completely unknown to me. The material was very detailed and thorough, and Professor Yvonne explained the practical part of tea tasting to us beautifully.
The visit to the tea plantation completed the whole experience, and now I am enjoying the tea that I had the opportunity to make myself.
