I was the most excited about the tea certification class when I first received the itinerary for our trip. I have always loved drinks and teas, especially after working as a barista that uses very high quality ingredients. I thought I had already known a few things about what makes a good tea. However, after receiving this kind of education and learning about flavor profiles, it opened my eyes to a whole new world of quality tea. I loved knowing that there are still people passionate about something as small as a tea leaf. I have grown appreciation for different kinds of tea and I’m so excited to share with others about what I learned.
